Santa Rosa sits at 4,616 feet above sea level.<\/p>\n<p>Large hail falls on average at least three days a year.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Don&#8217;t put away those snow plows just yet!
