Bako Sahakyan met in Martakert region&#8217;s Vank village with participants of the &#8220;Artsakh Youth Forum-2013&#8221;.<br \/>\nA number of issues related to foreign and domestic policy of Artsakh as well as programs being implemented for the youth were raised during the meeting.<br \/>\nAccording to the Head of the State youth problems are always at the spotlight of the authorities, and the state will continue to do everything possible for solving them efficiently.<br \/>\nMinister of culture and youth affairs Narine Aghabalyan, minister of education and science Slava Asryan and other
