Mkhitaryan and S. Serobyan were involved as a suspect.<\/p>\n<p>A signature not leave was used as pretrial measures against them.<\/p>\n<p>Necessary investigation and procedural activities are implemented to provide the completeness and comprehensiveness of the criminal cases.
