Բակո Սահակյան, "Արցախի երիտֆորում-2013" On 17 November President Bako Sahakyan met in Martakert region’s Vank village with participants of the “Artsakh Youth Forum-2013”.
A number of issues related to foreign and domestic policy of Artsakh as well as programs being implemented for the youth were raised during the meeting.
According to the Head of the State youth problems are always at the spotlight of the authorities, and the state will continue to do everything possible for solving them efficiently.
Minister of culture and youth affairs Narine Aghabalyan, minister of education and science Slava Asryan and other officials partook in the meeting

Արցախ, Բակո Սահակյանը, Պլասիդո Դոմինգո-կրտսեր On 17 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met famous Spanish opera singer Plácido Domingo Jr.
President Sahakyan expressed gratitude to the singer for concertizing in Artsakh noting that it contributed greatly to developing culture, deepening intercultural dialogue, adding that it possessed a message of peace. Issues related to realizing a number of cultural programs in our country were touched upon too.
NKR culture and youth affairs minister Narine Aghabalyan, other officials partook in the meeting.

ԵԱՀԿ,Բակո Սահակյան,Անջեյ ԿասպշիկOn 24 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.

Issues related to the current stage of the Azerbaijani-Karabagh conflict settlement negotiations and its prospects as well as situation along the contact line between the NKR and Azerbaijan armed forces were discussed during the meeting.

Maneuvers of the NKR rescue service and the Armenia’s ministry for emergency situations

On 23 October President Bako Sahakyan partook in a final stage of the joint command staff maneuvers with the participation of the Artsakh rescue service and the Armenia’s ministry for emergency situations units in the town of Shoushi.
The Head of the State underlined in his speech that the events have shown high level of readiness, technical equipment of the two Armenian republics’ corresponding structures as well as the existence of close cooperation between them.
Bako Sahakyan considered important to hold such maneuvers periodically noting their usefulness for both Artsakh and Armenia.
President Sahakyan handed in awards and valuable gifts to the a group of representatives of the NKR rescue service, the RA ministry for emergency situations and other structures distinguished in the course of maneuvers.
